Let's take a simple example.
Say you're a procrastinator. You always leave work projects until the last minute. As a result, you're anxious much of the time and sometimes you turn projects in late, which subjects you to the disapproval of your boss. In fact, she tells you, "I'd like to consider you for a promotion and a raise, but I can't as long as you continue to deliver projects late."
These 67 steps, which worked for Tai Lopez (An investor, entrepreneur and author), which is basically, a video course that talks about 67 lessons the writer learned throughout his life will work for you too.
Even though Self-help courses don’t work. If it did, everyone would wear seat belts, which they don't. Everyone would keep New Year's resolutions, instead of letting them go after a couple of weeks. People suffering from cardiovascular disease would adopt low-fat, low-cholesterol diets. Corporate training programs would be far more effective in changing worker's behaviors.
You need to change. But how? I personally have considered Motivational and self-help courses a ‘Ponzi’ scheme until the 67 steps.

The 67 steps listed below as mentioned by Lopez, can easily be broken down into just 3 simple segments or a formula for change.
Comprehension + Motivation = Change
You decide you must change and you really want to change. So what do you do?
Understanding where your problem lies, is more important than the idea of change. You’ve to figure out a pattern of incidents or things that has drawn you here to this article, or has made you a self-deprecating goof ball. Stop following self-help books and stop idolizing successful people. Ever heard of someone getting successful in life just by copying others? Except for Cosplay artists.
You prioritize your activities, assuming that it will help you focus on the most important projects.
You make a schedule that helps you allot time during the month for work on the most important projects.
You put up reminders in prominent places.
You create rewards to give yourself when you finish a project -- a special dinner or a new item of clothing.
You ask your friends to support you.
So now you've gathered all the information and resources you need to get your projects done on time. And you have several strong reasons for doing it: a possible promotion, a raise, your boss's approval, and an alleviation of your constant anxiety.
But be honest! After you've done all this, plus all the other variations you've discovered, does the behavior pattern really change? Does the formula enables you to do what you say you are going to do? And if it does today, does it continue to be easy month after month? For most of us, the answer is no.
If you think this isn't a valid assumption, consider all the times you've committed to some change in your life, buttressed by Information + Motivation, but for some inexplicable reason you failed to follow through. Why?

What are some of the beliefs that cause procrastination? A few include: I'm not good enough. Nothing I do is good enough. What makes me good enough or important is doing things perfectly. Mistakes and failure are bad. I'm not capable.
Can you see that if you had beliefs like these, it would be easier to have people upset with you for not finishing something than to make a mistake (which is bad), which you know you will do because nothing you do is good enough, then people will discover you're really not good enough or capable, and you will feel anxious because you have based your sense of self-esteem on doing things perfectly (which you know you won't be able to do).

Why is ‘The 67 Steps’ Different?
Tai illustrates each topic with personal stories from his life or insights he picked up from reading books. Some of the points are listed below:
1. BE WORTH A DAMN
He says most people are delusional. We somehow think we’re entitled to “the good life” without putting in the effort required to actually get there.
When you look at your life today, would you objectively say you deserve a higher life quality than others – according to the work you’ve put in? Are you better than your competition?
Look around in your life, who would you bet on to make a million dollars? Would you bet on yourself? If not – what needs to change?
Consider yourself important. You’re a big deal (in making).
Take on an attitude of full responsibility for your own life. If you want a higher life quality there will be things you’ll have to do and things you’ll have to give up. This way you’ll increase your chances of attaining the life you desire.
Goal Setting + Reading + Networking = Higher chances of success.
Will talk about this a little later.
2. BE ADAPTABLE
This step is based on the theory of evolution which states that the person who’s best-adapted to his environment is the one that’ll survive. “The good life” doesn’t go to people who don’t notice the “change of seasons.”
The person with static skills will never thrive in a dynamic environment. Look for changes & trends and use those to your advantage. Make choices on a long-term basis.
Devise a survival strategy for your life.
Is eating at McDonalds a maintainable strategy?
Is spending money on clothes and dinners a maintainable strategy?
Is working a 9-5 job without added entrepreneurship a maintainable strategy?
The way I do this is by staying aware of political, social, economic and technological trends. I wouldn’t watch the news (solely) since they are heavily biased towards ratings.
3. BE HUMBLE
Everyone has a piece of gold that we can extract from them. We find humility in what we learn from others, even the ones we think can’t provide us any value.
Be teachable by people who achieved far greater results than you have. Look for deep domain expertise (does he/she actually have the knowledge?) and references (does he/she have the results you desire?)
Many people are not humble know-it-alls, unable to listen to people who know more than they do.
Don’t be that guy.
Spend more time learning from the ones that came before you and less from your own mistakes. Spend your money on books & seminars. Spend more time tracking down and networking with mentors.
Which comes to the next point…
4. GET A MENTOR
Mentors will shave years of your learning curve and I recommend you to get one. Whether this is in books, seminars or real-life.
Mentor others too. Tai talks about the law of 33%, which states that you should spend;
1/3 of your time with people below you (the ones you mentor)
1/3 of your time with people on your level (close friends, brothers in arms)
1/3 of your time with people above you (your mentors)
Find people who aren’t full time teachers but are actually making money with the things they’re preaching about. Keep in mind that;
Good mentors are busy (He mentions a story in which a man tried 17 times before he got mentored)
Some are burned up
Build the relationship slowly (Establish contact over a 18 month period)
Don’t be a leech, provide value by using the concept of “reciprocal kindness”.
Interview people you admire on a self-created platform
Buy and read their books
However, I personally don’t necessarily believe the law of 33% is that relevant/practical. It teaches you about time management and makes things a little sorted out.
5. POOR FRIENDS, RICH FRIENDS.
Don’t trust health advice from a personal trainer that’s overweight.
Don’t take money advice from someone’s who’s constantly struggling financially.
Don’t listen to relationship advice from someone who doesn’t have a (girl)friend(s)
Select the people you listen to carefully.
Many people think they know what they’re talking about yet rarely do – including me. Go straight to the top of people that can give you advice and cut out the average.
This is a BIG reason why I’m so fond of books. It allows us to learn from the greatest and copy their relative successes by adopting their thinking patterns.
Overall be careful who you imitate. Through observational learning it’s possible to instill bad patterns in you that you remain stuck with for a great while. We admire status and prestige in others and are sometimes blinded by the way they’ve acquired it.
Find highly concentrated knowledge and not just random people who don’t know what they’re talking about.
Observe and select the ones you learn from carefully. Cut out the average.
I’d recommend you to take the course instead of reading the reviews or reading articles about it.

The information is really good and insightful, however, my only complaint is that his videos are a little bit too long sometimes and he tends to ramble. I'd like things to be a bit more concise. But it's better to over deliver than under deliver. Right?
Personally Speaking, It has changed my life. Starting as a dorm room student I am now a full time entrepreneur.
To Summarize It All
I think the content provided is legit although Tai talks a bit (too?) much and therefore doesn’t always stick to the topic. He elaborates a lot about his personal life and repeats different lessons throughout his program.
Another (maybe biased) reason I like this guy is because he’s friends with Elliot Hulse and Owen Cook. Two other men I’ve learned a lot from.
I believe the advice I’ve summarized in this post is the most essential to take away from the 67 steps course.
